Meet Payal.
Co-Founder · Brand & Marketing
Payal spent years marketing some of India's most recognisable consumer brands — Unacademy, Orchids Schools, Gameskraft — before turning that instinct toward something more personal. As a new mom, she saw the gap herself: affordable, sustainable, functional babywear that parents could actually trust and find easily. She co-founded Orange Sugar to close it. She runs on coffee, lives for good dessert, and genuinely believes in what she's building.

CA from SRCC. Raised in Tirupur — India's garment manufacturing heartland. Bharath didn't just study supply chains; he grew up inside one. That background now runs through every metre of fabric Orange Sugar produces — quality controlled at source, not corrected after. When he's not chasing down the perfect stitch, he's chasing down the perfect meal somewhere new.

IIT Delhi. Textile Technology. A decade scaling B2C businesses — ClearTax, Simpl, Onsitego. Tarun came into Orange Sugar knowing exactly two things before anything else: the fabric, and the customer. His family's background in apparel retail means quality isn't a checklist — it's instinct. He'll tell you the same care that goes into sourcing the right yarn goes into finding the best chaat. He means it.
